The booking service is completely FREE OF CHARGE, there is no added cost or deposit you have to pay. To make your reservation credit card details are required (ONLY to guarantee your reservation). In case you don’t have credit card you can forward your request by email or fax. Hotel Nuovo Vigevano reserves the right to cancel reservations in case the credit card results invalid, or the details of the card are incorrect.
Cancellation policy
In case you have to cancel your reservation, you can do it without penalty 2 days prior to your arrival date, otherwise you will be charged for the cost of the first night as a penalty. The cancellation must be sent by fax or by e-mail.
The credit card will be charged in case of “NO SHOW"
Hotel Nuovo Vigevano reserves the right to charge the cost of the first night on your credit card in case you don’t show up (you don’t arrive) and your reservation was not cancelled.
Other important informations to know
The reception is open 24hrs, so there is no problem if you have to late check in.
You can occupy your room from 12:00 (noon) and you must leave the room so check out before and not later than 11:30am.
